Skill Jobs wanted a platform built the other way round: candidates show what they can do, employers find people who can do it, and every posting comes from a verified company.

The solution

DV Soft built Skill Jobs as a skill-first platform. Candidates upload a resume once and a parser extracts their skills, experience and education. Roles are ranked by actual skill match rather than keyword similarity, applying takes one click, and every application is tracked from Applied to Offer.

On the employer side, companies are verified before they can post. Employers get skill-based candidate search and an ATS workflow from application to offer, and every job has an SEO-optimised public page with structured data. WhatsApp, SMS and email notifications keep candidates and recruiters in sync.

The outcome

Skill Jobs is built for hiring in India: salaries in INR, locations across the country, and support for Indian employment types and notice periods. Job seekers can browse by role, by skill and by company, with plans for candidates, growing employers and recruiters.
