Management sees cost, stock and budget against actual for each project, villa or flat, common area and section while the work is still on site.
Material enters the site only against a purchase order somebody approved. Stock is kept per project and moves only through goods received, issues, adjustments and transfers, each written to a ledger with the balance after it. An issue can never take stock below zero, and material is costed at a weighted average rate. Material, labour, power, equipment and expenses are booked to the unit, common area or section they went into, so the cost of a villa is a report, not a guess.
Each company gets its own workspace on DV Soft's cloud, at its own web address and with its own separate database. The application works in the browser at the site office, the store and head office, including on phones and tablets, and a token-secured REST API with the same data and rules is built in for a mobile app.
Features
Material, labour, power, equipment and expenses are booked against the villa, flat, common area or section they went into. Project Cost Analysis breaks the total down by unit and common area, then by section and sub-section, and by material category and cost type.
Purchase orders move from draft to approved to received, with GST on every line and a printable copy carrying your logo and GSTIN. Material inward is recorded only against an approved order, in full or in parts.
Real-time stock per project, a ledger of every movement with the user and time, weighted-average costing and a low-stock alert when an item reaches its minimum level.
Labour by day or hour, or on contract by sq ft, sq m, section, month or lump sum, with the amount calculated for you. Meter readings with units and tariff; equipment usage with operator and rate.
Copy one section's material, labour, power and equipment entries to many similar sections, sub-sections or units, with a stock check before it runs and an undo afterwards.
Work done, weather, labour count, materials, issues and delays for the project, a unit or a section, with site photos and documents attached.
Budgets by project, unit or common area and by cost head, a variance view with budget, actual and the difference, and an alert when a project goes over its total budget.

Items with GST % and minimum stock level, categories, units of measure, suppliers, labour types, power meters and support equipment, each with CSV import and export.
Line items with GST, approval, print, cancel and close; goods received (GRN) against an approved order update stock automatically. Bills, delivery challans and photos can be attached.
Per-project stock, a ledger of every movement, adjustments after a physical count, transfers from one item to another, and material issued to a unit, common area or section.
Labour usage, power meter readings and support-equipment usage, each costed to the unit, common area or section it was used for.
Copy one section's entries to many sections, to sub-sections or from one unit to other units, with a check before it runs and an undo.
