What School ERP does for you
DV Soft School ERP brings the parts of a school that usually live in separate registers, spreadsheets and cupboards into one system with one sign-in. Students, teachers, classes, sections and subjects sit at the centre, and a student admitted once is the same student in attendance, fees, exams and the parent portal. Around them are 31 modules covering academics, finance, staff, campus, the front office and student records.
The working day gets shorter. Teachers mark a class register on one screen and enter marks for a whole class once, and report cards follow. The office raises fee invoices, records payments by cash, UPI, card, bank transfer or cheque, and always has a current list of who owes what. Six print-ready reports answer what the principal and the board ask for: fee defaulters, fee collection, income against expense, attendance, exam performance and student strength.
Parents sign in to see attendance, results, homework, the timetable, fees and notices for their own children, on any phone, with nothing to install. The school works in its own currency, timezone and date format. Every school on the cloud gets a database of its own, passwords are stored hashed, an activity log records who changed what, and the school can take and download its own backups.

Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file with the usual headings such as Student Name or Date of Birth. Every row is checked, problems are shown by row number, and nothing is saved until you confirm.
Do parents need to install an app?
No. The parent portal runs in the browser on any phone or computer. Each parent sees only their own children, and the office can still print receipts and report cards for families who prefer paper.
Does it work for schools outside India?
Yes. Each school chooses its own currency, timezone and date format, and nothing assumes a particular country, curriculum or exam board. The screens and the parent portal are in English.
