Overview

What SuperMart POS does for you

SuperMart POS is barcode billing built for a real queue. The billing screen is keyboard-first: scan, total, tender and print without the hand leaving the scanner. Weighing-scale labels are read straight into the bill, payment can be split across cash, card, UPI and credit, and a bill can be held while the next customer is served. It is not a general accounting package with a till added on: every screen was built for the way a counter works.

Tax is worked out per line at the rate on the product and split into CGST and SGST on the printed bill, with HSN codes on the invoice and a rate-wise summary ready for the return. Every sale, purchase, return, adjustment and transfer moves stock the moment it happens and writes a ledger line recording what, how much, who, when and why. Batches carry their cost and expiry and are sold oldest first.

Away from the till, the same system handles purchase entry, suppliers and dues, customer accounts and loyalty points, shifts and the cash drawer, and reports on sales, profit, tax, inventory and payments. One catalogue serves every branch with separate stock per store. Roles decide what each person can reach, discount ceilings are enforced on the server, and every record belongs to one business only.

Who it’s for

  • Bakery and fresh produceScale labels decoded into quantity and price, decimal quantities keyed by hand, your own barcode labels and day-end wastage recorded with a reason.

More in SuperMart POS

Batch and expiry tracking

Cost and expiry are tracked per batch, near-expiry stock is listed in advance and the oldest stock is sold first.

Purchases, suppliers and dues

Purchase entry updates stock and cost price, so the margin report is accurate. Supplier dues, payments and purchase returns are recorded against the bills they belong to.

Shift reconciliation

Each counter is its own till with its own drawer. Open with a float, close with a count, and the difference is recorded per cashier, per shift.

Roles, discount ceilings and an audit trail

Cashier, manager, stock keeper and accounts roles each see only their screens. Prices, taxes and discount limits are settled on the server, and cancelled bills, price changes and stock adjustments are logged with name and time.

Customer stories

What SuperMart POS customers say

Evening rush used to mean three people at the counter. Now one cashier clears the queue, and the day's total is right without anyone adding it up.
Ramesh K.Supermarket, Coimbatore
Batch and expiry were the reason we changed. It sells the oldest strip first on its own, and I can see what is about to expire before the rep does.
Sridevi P.Pharmacy, Madurai
Nine thousand items, and I finally know what each one actually earns me. The purchase entry takes minutes and the margin report does the rest.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The things people ask us most about SuperMart POS.

Still have a question?

Talk to the SuperMart POS team, 24/7 on phone and WhatsApp.

Is SuperMart POS available now?

Yes. SuperMart POS is live at billing.dvsoft.in. Book a demo and your dedicated DV Soft team will set it up for your shop, train your staff and support you 24/7.

Does it produce GST invoices?

Yes. Tax is worked out per line at the product's rate and split into CGST and SGST, HSN codes carry through to the invoice, and the rate-wise summary of taxable value and tax is ready for your return.

Will it work with my scanner and printer?

Almost certainly. It runs in a browser with nothing to install, and any USB scanner that types the code and sends Enter works. Receipts print on a 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printer and A4 tax invoices on any printer you already have.

Does it handle batch and expiry for pharmacies?

Yes, on the Growth and Chain plans. Cost and expiry are tracked per batch, near-expiry stock is flagged and the oldest stock is sold first.

How is it priced?

Three plans, paid monthly or yearly: Starter at ₹1,499 a month, Growth at ₹2,999 and Chain at ₹4,999. Prices exclude GST. Every plan has a 15-day trial with no card taken, and you can move up or down later. If a subscription lapses the system turns read-only and nothing is deleted.

Is my data kept separate, and can I take it out?

Yes. Every record carries the id of the business that owns it, so staff from another shop cannot see your data even with a valid login. Your catalogue, customers, suppliers, stock ledger and sales history can be exported as CSV whenever you like.

How soon is my product ready after payment?

Your dedicated DV Soft team sets up your product within 6 to 24 hours of payment and sends your login details, then helps your team get started. Support is available 24/7.

Ready to run SuperMart POS?

See it live, or talk to the team that will set it up with you. Implementation and 24/7 support come with every plan.
