The challenge

A professional conference depends on its registration system long before the doors open. Delegates register online, organisers need accurate attendee data, and on the day check-in has to move quickly while the technology behind the sessions simply works.

APSN needed a partner who could take responsibility for that technical backbone, from the first registration to the closing session.

The solution

DV Soft's conference team built and maintained the registration platform and kept forms and attendee data up to date throughout the registration period.

On the event days, trained DV Soft IT staff worked on-site alongside the organisers, so questions were answered and issues handled straight away.
