The challenge

Families looking for a match across countries need more than a large database. They need to trust that every profile is genuine, to keep contact details, photos and family information private until they choose to share them, and to coordinate introductions across time zones.

Parichaya Vedika set out to give NRI and HNV families vetted profiles, white-glove service, global reach and discretion. That called for a platform with verification and privacy built in from the ground up.

The solution

DV Soft built the platform around verification and member control. Members verify their mobile number and email and upload documents for a verified badge, with optional video verification, and every profile is reviewed by a human team.

Matchmaking combines algorithmic compatibility scores and filters for family values, lifestyle, religion and education with recommendations from a relationship manager. Contact details stay hidden by default: members express interest, chat once it is accepted, meet over secure in-platform video calls and schedule introductions with families, and can hide or pause a profile in one click.

The outcome

Beyond member matchmaking, the platform runs tiered membership plans, tools for matchmaking agents to manage client profiles, and white-label franchise partnerships for professionals who run matchmaking under their own brand. An editorial journal covers relationships, family values and NRI matchmaking.
