A bilingual wellness centre platform, built & executed by DV Soft

The challenge

A centre with a broad catalogue of services, monthly plans, single sessions and training courses has a lot to explain, and much of it changes. Visitors need to find the right page quickly, in English or Telugu, and get in touch without friction, while the centre's team needs to keep content current and each member's records in one place.

AuraScan wanted one platform to handle all of it, and to be found by people searching locally in Guntur.

The solution

DV Soft built a structured catalogue in which every service, plan, single session and training course has its own page setting out what it includes. Monthly plans and single sessions are priced and compared side by side, and members sign in to choose a package.

Enquiries are routed by topic: visitors can request a service, ask for a consultation, apply for a training or message the centre on WhatsApp, and the contact form lists each service. Every assessment is recorded in the member's account, with written reports kept there so one visit can be compared with the last.

The outcome

The site is published in English and Telugu, with the centre's address, opening hours and contact details on every page and local search in mind from the start. Every page also states that the centre's services are for personal wellness and are not a substitute for medical advice.
